* How Does the Professional Development Program Work?

This is a six-week engagement, during which you'll have 3 coaching sessions, and be assigned inter-session homework. 

Session 1: We'll clarify your goals and what you want to work on; book the 2 remaining appointments; begin work on your goals using coaching and training; assign you homework in service of your goals.

Session 2: We'll debrief the homework; continue work on your goals using coaching and training; assign you homework in service of your goals.

Session 3: We'll debrief the homework; answer questions; come up with action steps for your continued learning and development.
