Throughout my own leadership career, (CEO, COO, Director, and Manager), I did thorough research and deep practice to create a framework that would be most beneficial to me. That developed into Navigating Challenging Dialogue® (NCD). NCD builds self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, empathy, and curiosity in existing and emerging leaders. Following my 4-step NCD framework not only made me a better communicator, it improved all of my relationships.
NCD is now the foundation of all the coaching, mentoring, and consulting work that I do. Hundreds of leaders and emerging leaders, from both public and private entities, have benefited from integrating Navigating Challenging Dialogue® into their leadership skills.
