Rooted in Navigating Challenging Dialogue, this cohort-based online program trains your managers on the precise management and coaching skills needed by the organization.
Develop Managers Who Can Coach Effectively and Build Teams
Managers who engage in this program will develop the skills necessary to effectively manage and coach their team and direct reports while building a unified management team through shared experience and collaboration. Developing a shared management language will help form a strong, cohesive team and foster long-term internal leadership growth.
Sessions are Conducted via Video Conferencing
Sessions incorporate learning modules, hands-on practice, spot-coaching, team building, and assessments.
Managers will be working on real scenarios faced in day-to-day work, and the program is customized to specifically address the concerns and issues of your own organization.
Managers will learn to lean into each other for support and learn from each other’s experiences. The goal is to build resiliency and a learning/mentoring/coaching environment which is not dependent on you, the leader, to deliver.
Your team will have access to a private Resource center to your team with videos, downloadable resources, and interactive components, plus they’ll be able to post questions to the facilitators.
Our lead facilitator will meet with leadership to debrief the team’s performance and feedback, and to discuss any questions and next steps.
