Giving Feedback in a Pandemic

Presented by: Beth Wonson

We all know feedback is required for growth and development. That is the truth. And yet our ego wants to believe that we are highly capable and skillful. This causes a resistance to both giving and receiving feedback.

In this talk, Beth provides the audience  with a simple, easy to implement framework for giving feedback. As a result, they will be able to manage their resistance and be empowered to give the essential consistent feedback that their team needs to move through uncertainty, manage change and continue to grow and develop.
